1. Introduction<\/h3>

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, workshops, events, fashion camps, and other services provided by Beyond Pink.<\/p>

2. Registration & Participation<\/h3>

All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>

Age requirements vary by program and must be strictly followed.<\/p>

Parents must disclose any medical conditions or special needs.<\/p>

3. Payments & Cancellations<\/h3>

Payment must be completed in advance to confirm a spot.<\/p>

Cancellations with more than 72 hours\u2019 notice may receive a partial refund.<\/p>

No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations unless due to a medical emergency.<\/p>

4. Safety & Supervision<\/h3>

All activities are supervised by trained facilitators.<\/p>

Parents must ensure that emergency contact details are up to date.<\/p>

We reserve the right to deny participation if safety protocols are not respected.<\/p>

5. Photos & Media<\/h3>

We may take photos\/videos during workshops to showcase our work.<\/p>

Media is used only with prior consent and never shared with third parties.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>

All workshop materials are the intellectual property of Beyond Pink and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.<\/p>

Children retain ownership of their personal creations unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

7. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

Beyond Pink is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.<\/p>

We are not liable for any indirect damages caused during activities.<\/p>

Participation is at the discretion of the facilitator based on behavior and respect of others.<\/p>

8. Code of Conduct<\/h3>

All children are expected to respect others and the creative space. Bullying, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.<\/p>

9. Modifications<\/h3>

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users.<\/p>
