These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, workshops, events, fashion camps, and other services provided by Beyond Pink.

2. Registration & Participation

All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Age requirements vary by program and must be strictly followed.

Parents must disclose any medical conditions or special needs.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment must be completed in advance to confirm a spot.

Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice may receive a partial refund.

No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations unless due to a medical emergency.

4. Safety & Supervision

All activities are supervised by trained facilitators.

Parents must ensure that emergency contact details are up to date.

We reserve the right to deny participation if safety protocols are not respected.

5. Photos & Media

We may take photos/videos during workshops to showcase our work.

Media is used only with prior consent and never shared with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials are the intellectual property of Beyond Pink and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Children retain ownership of their personal creations unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Pink is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

We are not liable for any indirect damages caused during activities.

Participation is at the discretion of the facilitator based on behavior and respect of others.

8. Code of Conduct

All children are expected to respect others and the creative space. Bullying, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users.
